Article 16 of Occupational Safety and Health Act stipulates that dangerous machinery and equipment, which has a specific volume exceeding the threshold of Fixed cranes、Mobile cranes、Derrick cranes、Elevators for construction use、Lifts for construction use、Cradles、Boilers、Pressure vessels、Specified high-pressure equipment、High-pressure vessels,shall not be used without passing an inspection by a labor inspection agency,or by a certificated inspection agency designated by the central competent authority;where such usage exceeds the stipulated period,the machinery and equipment shall not be used without passing a re-inspection.
